The shoe retailer signed a 15-year lease to open its biggest New York City branch. The reported asking rent for the 3,500-square-foot ground-level portion of the space was $485 per square foot. The company also signed a lease for a 3,500-square-foot space at 1125 Third Avenue (see below).
