The Manhattes Group LLC is currently accepting applications for a salesperson position. Manhattes is one of New York City’s premier investment sale and retail leasing brokerage firms. We are looking for individuals who are self motivated, professional, have commercial leasing and/or investment sales experience in the New York City market and are licensed in the state of New York. Proficiency in Microsoft, Office (Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint) is a must. The position has a guaranteed monthly fee and a very competitive commission split. We are looking for persons who can help us with our current accounts and listings as well as someone who has a proven track record of generating and developing new business.
