Experienced Agents Only – High Commission Splits
 
We are a rapidly growing real estate firm with 4 ground floor offices.  The founders of the company are pure businessmen that brought together the tools and infrastructure, including a seasoned Managing Director that has developed countless $150K+ /year agents, to create a firm that will dominate the marketplace.
 
We are looking for experienced real estate agents who are looking to make more money.  If you have at least 2 years of experience with an established referral network and want to start earning more from the deals you bring in, we are the firm for you.  Starting commission splits are highly competitive for experienced agents.  We don't reset your split every month.  We don't charge you any desk fees or hidden fees.  We just want experienced agents who are hungry to grow their own business and make serious money.  
 
We are strong believers in marketing and support our top producers with money, time and materials.  You would be remiss to pass up this opportunity.  We expect all individuals to provide their portfolio of closed deals upon request (all discussions are kept strictly confidential).
