We currently have a sales & marketing position for an experienced, outgoing, energetic, and experienced sales professional in the New York City area.  The position is part-time (at least 20 hours) for the first three months.  Based on performance, the candidate can qualify to move to a full-time property consultant position which includes base salary, lucrative commission, and bonuses.  Training will be provided.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Spearheading target marketing campaigns (on-line, television, and newspaper)
- Posting listings on targeted sites
- Meeting with potential clients to present opportunities
- Follow-up calls and e-mails
- Compiling database of potential leads
- Creating marketing materials
- Leading sales presentations and seminars
- Closing sales
- Maintaining commission/lead/expense log

Some travel may be required based on needs of clients.

Hourly & commission for part-time position (first three months).  Based on three month performance, candidate may qualify for full-time position in our office which includes base salary, lucrative commission, and bonuses.

Candidates MUST have sales, marketing, real estate, or mortgage experience.
