A Manhattan Development Co. specializing in luxury condominium conversions, seeks On-Site Sales Associate and/or Associate Sales Broker for its On-Site Sales Offices. The Candidate will work with an experienced sales team and Developer in the sale and marketing of Luxury Manhattan Condominiums.
Job Responsibilities
- All activities relating to the sale of luxury condominium homes inclusive of:
1. Conducting professional presentations to prospective purchasers
2. Generating traffic and sales activity reports
3. Process appointments and related paperwork
4. Building relationships within the brokerage community
5. Updating the real estate listing service system on as needed basis
6. Responding to all phone and email inquiries
7. Oversee the day to day operations of the sales office
(i.e. manage inventory, office technology and communications)
8. Assist in the sales process, follow-up on all sales leads
9. Perform market comparative reports
Job Qualifications
1. The Applicant must be highly motivated and is expected to work 6 day work
week and nights when necessary
2. The Applicant must have excellent communication and relationship management skills
and enjoy working with others
3. The Applicant must be computer and internet literate and proficient with Microsoft
Word, Excel and PowerPoint
4. The position requires a New York State Real Estate Salesperson and/or Broker
License
5.The Applicant must possess 3-5 years of Real Estate On-Site Sales Experience
