An experienced and respected national builder with New Jersey roots seeks an On-site Sales Representative to join its team for their newest luxury residential community located Bergen County. 

 

 

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have previous on-site sales experience and in-depth knowledgeable about Bergen County.

-     Has a Valid New Jersey Real Estate License

 

 

Position Responsibilities:

 

-     All Activities Related to the Sale of Luxury    Condominiums

-     Adeptly Handle Telephone Inquiries

-     Conduct Compelling Presentations to Prospective Residents Using Persuasive Selling Techniques

-     Qualify Prospects

-     Execute a Rigorous Follow-up Plan

-     Process Reservations, Purchase Agreements and Related Paperwork

-     Assist in Generating Traffic and Sales Activity Reports

-     Build Relationships with the Broker Community and Conduct Broker Outreach Events

-     Corporate Outreach

-     Meets Monthly Sales Goals

-     Assist with Special Promotional and Marketing Projects
