Maxum Appraisal Solutions, one of New York's Leaders in Real Estate Valuations based in the heart of the financial district is currently seeking Licensed and / or Certified real estate appraisers in New York City, Staten Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau, Suffolk, and Northern New Jersey.

 

Our staff consists of full time appraisers that cover the Tri-State area, each with their own dedicated territory. Our corporate culture promotes team spirit, communication amongst appraisers and leaders within our industry. Most of our appraisers work predominately in our office with the option to telecommute (once up to speed and all requirements are met). Everyone works off of our corporate server using WinTotal, which allows for consistency of reporting styles and easy access for reviewing. We hold quarterly office meetings in which we invite all appraisers to attend.

 

The maximum fee split is 45%, and that is typically offered to certified appraisers who require little or no training. A licensed trainee with little or no experience typically begins at a 30% fee split and earns promotions over time. By use of DRS, our proprietary website, we track all orders and status on a real time basis. All appraisers are required to log on daily to update the status of open orders and review notes and changes to others. Our team is required to carry a blackberry or PDA for fast communication. Clients have become more demanding and we need to work hard to be the best!
