JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and nurture Elika's relationships with its buyers. This includes meeting with potential buyers, greeting drop-ins, placing advertisements and responding to inquiries, as well as maintaining personal networks.
  • Keep abreast of industry news and trends. Study listings, visit properties, participate in educational opportunities, join local real estate organizations and read industry publications.
  • Close real estate sales. Match buyers with compatible properties, showing property, negotiating offers and suggesting changes.



QUALIFICATIONS:

Understanding the Buyer, Prospecting Skills, People Skills, Problem Solving, Communication Skills, Negotiation, Legal Compliance, Independence, Professionalism, Meeting Sales Goals

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. etc. is a plus.

LICENSES: Candidate must already be Licensed, or enrolled in Real Estate licensing class in New York State.
