Growing boutique retail brokerage is looking for 1 experienced agent to join the team.  Currently we have a retail listing to agent ratio of 6:1 plus relationships with growing retailers – both on national and regional level.

We are a small firm growing based on quality rather than quantity of agents.  We offer the same guidance and immediate work as big firms without the massive hierarchy system.

We will provide:

• Immediate tenant leads both exclusive and non-exclusive
• Immediate listing involvement with showings, fielding phone calls, and proactive prospecting Immediate direction
• Proven deal history to draw from and help get you listings

You will provide:

• A passion for retail and making the deal
• Knowledge of Manhattan and the borough's main retail corridors
• Experience in showing and/or marketing retail space
• Understanding retailer needs
• Willingness to canvass
• Efficiency with your time
• Computer knowledge
