Citi-Spaces is seeking a full-time Managing Director - Sales/Rentals for its well established and successful Upper East Side boutique office.

Responsibilities include:

Managing a team of up to 20 agents, Overseeing rental and sales transactions, Establishing and maintaining relationships with landlords, and Recruiting/training new agents.

Qualified candidates should have excellent leadership and organizational skills, experience with board packages, at least two years of experience in NYC real estate, and strong computer skills. Pay will be salary+commission based on experience.
