Citi-Spaces, a successful firm with 5 locations in Manhattan is looking for a Commercial Managing Director.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and setting up a team of 20 commercial agents, overseeing all commercial transactions, establishing and maintaining relationships with landlords, recruiting/training new agents, and establishing a commercial training program for residential agents that want to start doing commercial transactions.

Qualified candidates should have excellent leardership and organizational skills and at least 2 years of NYC commercial real estate experience. Pay will be salary+commission based on experience.
